The hat is worked from the crown towards the brim in a continuous round.

Materials: 180 g raffia yarn (I use raffia ISPIE 250m/120g), 2 m fishing line diameter is roughly 2 mm, 5 cm heat-shrink tubing to connect the line.
Tools: 4 mm crochet hook, stitch marker.
